Hi, I'm Rachel Martin!
I'm an IFM-certified functional medicine nurse practitioner.
I have a passion for helping you get to the root cause of your symptoms and empowering you with the tools needed to tackle those symptoms. I am a busy mom of three kids (one who is medically complex), business owner, and wife of a firefighter. I understand what it's like to feel stressed and pulled in many different directions. My goal is to help you implement realistic, sustainable changes to optimize your environment so you can handle your life. I'm fulfilled when I help you show up as the best version of yourself. When I'm not in entrepreneur mode, I enjoy reading a great book, hiking with my family, gardening, eating anything my husband cooks, and being outside during that magical hour before the sun sets. Oh, and tea. Lots and lots of herbal tea!

I'm a functional medicine trained nutritionist.
My specialty is women's health, prenatal nutrition, and the gut-brain axis. I'm passionate about helping women cut through the diet culture noise and restore foundational health habits that improve their resilience. I've been through my fair share of strict diets and gut protocols to know that rigidity around food tends to backfire, and supporting your body with curiosity and flexibility is a necessary skill. I love to walk that journey with you as we hone in on what works best for your unique needs! Outside of work, you'll find me in the river or the woods with my kids, biking with my husband, reading whenever I can, and making a delicious mess in the kitchen.

My passion is in coaching, connection, and creating healthy, balanced lives. I’m a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, high school girls Olympic Weightlifting coach, and online business manager living on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, I’m passionate about promoting healthy living through movement, mindful eating, and intentional living. As a mom to two teenage boys and wife to a retired firefighter, I know the importance of balance—and I find mine through paddleboarding, beach days, time with loved ones, and soaking up all that nature has to offer.
